THE FOUNDER
XP Media was founded by Christos Pedrithes in 2025 with a goal of helping businesses unlock their full potential through creative and strategic marketing that delivers real results.
After graduating with a BA Honours in Business and Marketing, Christos developed a passion for helping businesses grow through social media, content creation, and digital marketing. He began his career as a freelance Social Media Manager and Camera Operator, gaining hands-on experience creating content and managing marketing campaigns for a wide range of businesses.
He refined his skills working under the award-winning marketing agency NXC Visions, where he learned how to build effective marketing strategies, create high-performing content, and drive measurable growth for businesses and brands. During this time, he worked extensively with hospitality businesses, influencers, and commercial clients, developing a strong understanding of what it takes to stand out in today's digital world.
Alongside his marketing experience, Christos has built an extensive portfolio as a Camera Operator, working nationally and internationally on a variety of large-scale projects including commercial adverts, weddings, live events, promotional campaigns, and branded productions. This creative background allows him to combine professional media production with proven marketing strategy to create content that's not only high quality but also delivers results.
Driven by a genuine passion for creativity and business growth, Christos founded XP Media to bring together his experience in marketing, content creation, and media production to help businesses save time, strengthen their brand, and achieve meaningful, long-term growth.
